单片机应用系统的可靠性设计

摘    要:首先简要地介绍了单片机应用系统可靠性的重要性,并分别给出了硬件可靠性、软件可靠性的概念及其区别。然后分别阐述了影响系统可靠性的因素及其提高系统可靠性4个方面的对策:影响硬件方面的因素及对策;影响软件方面的因素及对策;进行包括软、硬件的系统测试;使用软件开发工具进行开发全程的管理。

Abstract:The importance of microcontroller application system's reliability is introduced briefly,and the conception and the difference of the hardware reliability and software reliability are explained respectively,then the factors and countermeasures which have effected the hardware,and the countermeasure for improving the system's reliability on the four respects including the factor and solution effect hardware,the factor and solution effect software,the system debug to hardware and software,the management of using the software development tools to develop the whole course,are elaborated separately.
