热电厂汽包水位预报警故障检测系统设计与实现

摘    要:汽包水位系统的正常工作对于热电厂的安全生产非常重要.据此设计了热电厂汽包水位预报警故障检测系统.首先提出了基于关联规则和神经网络汽包水位传感器、给水泵故障检测算法;然后,给出了汽包系统中单信号的预报警算法;接着,提出了基于模糊控制的汽包水位系统的预警算法,最后,将所有算法集成起来,在VC 系统上开发了整个汽包水位预报警系统.对于所提出的算法都进行了仿真试验,结果表明,本系统对于热电厂汽包系统的预报警故障检测有着较好的效果.

Abstract:The good work of boiler water level system plays a crucial role in the safety of power plant.The alarm in advance and fault detection system of boiler water level in power plant is designed.Firstly,a fault detection algorithm of boiler water level sensor and feedwater pump is given based on the association rules and neural networks.Then,an alarm in advance algorithm is also gained.Finally,integrating all the algorithms,and the whole alarm system of boiler water level is exploited on the VC .All the emulation experiments to all the algorithms are completed.The results indicate that this system performed very well.
