摘    要:加载效率是衡量舵机性能好坏的重要指标,因此需要进行舵机加载效率的测量.以磁粉制动器为负载,利用转矩转速传感器获取电动舵机的输出功率,电压探头和电流探头获取电动舵机的输入功率,由四通道示波器进行输入/输出同步测量,即可根据效率计算的基本原理计算得到舵机加载效率.实际测试结果表明,该系统能够准确测量舵机在不同加载转矩下的效...

Abstract:Looding efficiency is a key performance index of electrical servo system,so it needs to be measured. It can be gotten by the calculation with elementary theory.The output and input can be obtained by the sensor with loading magnetic particle brake and the voltage probe and current probe respectively,and then the loading efficiency of electrical servo system can be calculated with test data from four-channel digital oscilloscope.Testing result indicates that this system can satisfy the requirement of loading...
