摘    要:齿轮动应力测量是了解齿轮工作状态振动特性的必要手段,对某涡扇发动机附件传动齿轮在两种设计方案下进行了动应力测试研究,介绍了应用电阻应变计和高速滑环引电器测量齿轮动应力以及振动频率的技术,成功录取了工作转速范围内的齿轮动应力数据.对试验结果进行了初步的分析,为航空发动机附件传动齿轮动测技术积累了经验,对研究附件传动齿轮工作状态下的振动特性很有意义.

Abstract:The gear dynamic stress measurement is a necessary means to understand the vibration characteristics of gear in working state.The dynamic stress test has been performed for a turbofan engine accessory drive gear of two design schemes.The technique applying strain gauge and slip ring to measure gear dynamic stress and frequency is introduced.The dynamic stress data of the gear at operational speed have been acquired.The test results are preliminarily analyzed.This test promotes experiences in the dynamic stress test technology of aero-engine accessory drive gears.This research is of significance for studying the vibration characteristics of the accessory drive gears in rotational state.
