高速PCB的互连综合

摘    要:串扰和信号完整性等问题已成为高速PCB设计得面临的主要问题,高速发展的现代电子技术对新一代EDA工具及设计方法提出了更高要求。文中从现行的规则驱动的PCB设计方法出发,畅述了互连综合设计方法的实现与特点,并对现行的EDA工具进行了分析与展望。

Abstract:The problems, such as crosstalk、signal integrity and so on,have been become the main obstacle for the high-speed PCB designer. The higher requirement has been raised for the new EDA software and esign method with the development of modern electronic technology. In this paper, the method of the rule-drive PCB design is introduced firstly. And then how to realize interconnect synthesis for the high-speed PCB design is discussed. Finally, some EDA softwares of the system (PCB) design are analyses whether or not applied to interconnect synthesis.
