基于模糊模式识别的显微图像分类

摘    要:提出了一种基于贴近度和择近原则的模糊模式识别方法来实现储粮微生物显微图像的判别,该方法充分利用了由于微生物生长时间的长短会连同种菌类间存在差异、不同种菌类存在相似性的这个模糊的特点,引入了模糊集的理论.实验结果表明,该方法的评价结果更符合客观实际,获得了较好的分类效果,同时该方法也丰富了模糊识别理论,拓宽了其应用范围,也为实现储粮微生物在线检测提供了一种新方法,具有一定的应用价值.

Abstract:A fuzzy pattern recognition algorithm is proposed based on similarity and principle of selecting near to realize microscopic image of stored-grain microbe.The method takes full advantage of the character that because of the different growing time the similar stored-grain microbe can be different while the different can be the same,and the fuzzy theory is inputted.The result of experiment shows this method is more objective,and corresponds to reality,and can get good class effect.Meanwhile it enriched the fu...
