| 摘 要： | “九七工程”是目前电信公司在营业、管理维护中最为重要的系统之一,但还未引入基于GIS的图形可视化及分析查询,简要介绍了在“九七工程”的基础上设计基于GIS的配线系统的设计思想、系统体系结构、系统功能,与“九七工程”对接,地名库的结构、电子地图的组织、业务流程的变化、网络结构的调整等,以进一步扩展“九七工程”的应用。

| Abstract: | The "97 Project" is the most important system of telecom company in maintaining and business, but it didn't introduce GIS technology to visual, analyse and query. This paper discusses the designment of distributing software system based on "97 Project" and GIS, includes the thinking of designment, archtecture, functions of the system, access to "97 Project", the form of address library, the structure of map, the change of workflow, the adjust to network, to entend the application of "97 Project". |
