| 摘 要： | 根据视频监控技术的发展，提出了利用IP组播技术设计和实现视频传输系统。给出了视频传输系统设计方案，利用Vssual C 中的多线程设计思想实现了服务器端和客户机端(Senrer／Client)编程。系统运行结果表明了图像清晰，同时可以实现跨网段远程视频监控。

| Abstract: | The design and implementation of video transferring system are presented based on IP multicast, according to the development in the video supervise. The design mode of video transferring system is given. Server/Client software is implemented by using the multi-thread design of visual C . The result indicates that the image is clear and the leap over network long-distance video supervise can be realized. |
