基于CAN总线的新型停车器控制系统设计

摘    要:介绍新型液压可控停车器的研制背景和制动缓解工作原理,针对当前停车器控制系统存在的问题,提出了基于CAN总线的停车器控制系统的设计思想;给出了控制系统的总体设计方案、通信模块硬件电路设计和闭环驱动模块硬件电路设计;根据现场需要制定了相应的通信协议,并进行了系统上下位机的软件设计.控制系统运行稳定可靠,满足了现场实时控制要求,效果良好.

Abstract:First,is told new type hydraulic control stopping implement developing background and trigged and catabatic work principle.Aimed to problems of current stopping implement's control system,is put forward design thinking of based on CAN-bus stopping imple-ment's.And then is brought forward whole design project of control system,communications module hardware circuit design and closed loop drived cell hardware circuit.At last,setting down communication protocols and designing software of system.The control system has run stably and credibly,satisfied field real control need and proved to have good effect.
