| 摘 要： | 电子商务过程中企业和组织面临一系列网络信息的获取问题，对解决这些问题的Web内容挖掘、Web结构挖掘、Web使用挖掘技术进行了综述，并介绍了Web挖掘技术在智能搜索引擎、企业危机管理、客户关系管理及个性化服务系统中的应用。

| Abstract: | Enterprise and organize face a series of problems to capture information of web. Technique of solving these problems were summed up including web content mining, web structure mining and web usage mining. And some application of web mining was introduced, such as intelligent search engine, enterprise crisis management, client relation management and personalization service system. |
