| 摘 要： | 介绍一种新型神经网络算法，并将其应用于数字识别。在识别过程中，数字摄像头在现场摄取的数字图像传输到计算机中经过预处理后，采用有监督的ART神经网络算法识别并得到识别结果。通过实验证明，有监督的ART神经网络算法可以提高识别速度和正确率，具有较大的实用价值。

| Abstract: | A new artificial neural network-outer-supervised ART (adaptive resonance theory) is introduced as a method to recognizenumeric characters. During the process of recognition, numeric camera captures the image of the numeric characters and sends them to computer after pretreating. The outer-supervised ART carries out the algorithm and gets the result. Experimental results show that the algorithm compared with other algorithms can improve the speed and accuracy of recognition and it is provided with practical value strongly. |
