| 摘 要： | 目前在接入Internet的众多终端系统中，有相当一部分使用的是电话拨号上网的模式，即利用调制解调器(Modem)通过电话线，由PSTN接入国际互联网(Internet)。在这种模式下使用最多的数据链路层协议是PPP(Point-to-Point Protocol)。介绍了PPP的工作原理、帧格式，并结合一个实际的例子说明了如何使用LCP、PAP、IPCP建立一个数据链路层连接。

| Abstract: | Now, more and more people are using Internet, and a large part of them are using MODEM and PSTN. PPP is most widely used in this model and it has been one of the most widely used protocols today. The principle of PPP, including its framing is briefly introduced. An example of real datum is given to explain how PPP completes the Data Link Layer establishment to support an IP Network Layer using LCP, IPCP and PAP. |
