摘    要:为适应电力预测系统的现实需求,研究了电力预测系统及电力预测算法的特点,指出电力预测系统的面向海量数据和准实时化的发展趋势.根据此发展趋势,结合B/S架构,设计了一个基于SCADA系统的面向海量数据电力预测系统.该系统综合考虑了预测算法特有的调试维护问题,系统安全性问题等其它现实需求,并提出了适应于电力预测算法特点的数据操作接口.在ASP.NET平台上实现了这套系统,并已成功应用于某地方供电系统.

Abstract:To meet the practical requirement of power forecast systems,characteristics of power forecast systems and power forecast algorithms are researched and the development trend of power forecast systems is pointed out.
