An ever-increasing web applications are developed basedon MVC designed pattern.This kindof patternsimprovemaintenance,expansibility and reuse of applications.The core of the struts framework which is provided by the apache software foundation can sig-nificantly embody the architecture of MVC pattern.Hibernate is a powerful,ultra-high performance object/relational persistence and query service for SQL database.A new strategy for web application which is based on struts and hibernate framework is presented.The modal(data persistence tier) is implemented via hibernate among the tree parts of MVC.The fantastic solution scheme must bring genuine loose coupling for web applications.
