| 摘 要： | 根据项目的实际需求，对利用计算机进行生产设备的数据采集和信号分析、设备运行状态监测、故障报警、故障诊断及其预测方法等进行了分析研究，采用灰色诊断方法及GM（1，1）模型进行了故障诊断和预测，并开发了一套状态监测及生产过程安全管理系统，有效地解决了大型企业生产过程设备安全管理问题。

| Abstract: | The methods of condition inspect, alarm, fault diagnosis and failure forecast based on data acquisition using computer are presented based on a actual project. The gray method and grey model are used to make diagnosis and forecast the condition of the rotating machine. Based on the theories introduced above, the manufacturing process safe managing system is developed and the problem of safe management in large corporation is solved. |
