摘    要:设计并实现了一种基于3GWCDMA无线网络的远程视频实时监控系统,该系统以Cypress公司的CY8C52芯片、TI公司的TMS320DM642芯片以及华为公司的EM770W通信模块为核心,融合了嵌入式、视频压缩、无线通信等技术,实现了视频的采集、压缩、传输、解码、显示等功能。该系统还对压缩模块中DSP编码选项和MPEG-4算法进行了优化,减少了运算量,提高了编码效率,使系统的信号处理能力得到了很大改善。
