| 摘 要： | 图像质量评价的研究已成为图像信息工程中重要的基础研究课题之一。提出一种新的图像质量评价方法——通过小波变换提取图像的亮度、模糊度和相关度等多项指标来综合表示图像的质量。与传统的质量评价标准相比，该方法对图像质量的评价更全面、更符合人眼的视觉感受。实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | Research on quality assessment of digital images is meaningful for the image processing engineering. The method puts forward describes and evaluates the quality of image through wavelet transform extracting luminance, blurredness and corelation. Compared with the traditional evaluation effect the mothod will be more comprehensive and consistent with human perception. In the end, the experimental results prove the method accurate and efficient. |
