| 摘 要： | 首先对UML和Rational Rose的基本知识以及工作流管理系统的组成和功能进行简要的论述，对于UML和Rose在工作流管理系统中的应用的优点进行了讨论，并结合改进某煤矿企业安全管理的流程的实例，论述如何利用Rose对工作流管理系统进行有效的业务建模。

| Abstract: | The basic conception of UML and rational rose and the composition and function of workflow management system were in-troduced,and then the advantages of using of UML and rose in the workflow management system were discussed.An example was given about how to use rose to model effectively in workflow management system of a flow of improving mine's security management. |
