| 摘 要： | 项目管理中的"挣值管理"方法可以用于分析项目成本和时间之间的相互关系和预测项目成本和时间的进展.但对计划比较复杂的项目,挣值法在实际应用中仍存在一定的不足与局限性.以工作包分解系统为基础,描述了结合关键路径方法和挣值管理方法对项目进度进行偏差分析,对项目进度进行更好的监控.

| Abstract: | Earned value management theory could be used for the cost and time analysis,and the relationship between them.But this method still has insufficiency and limitations in real practice.A module is described based on WBS system and integrates critical path method and earned value method.With this module,project schedule performance is better analyzed. |
