| 摘 要： | 工作流就是可自动运行的业务流程。越来越多的企业正在扩展对工作流技术的应用，以优化其TQCS（时间、质量、成本、服务）。文章研究了工作流技术在企业中的应用历史、现状、趋势及价值，提出了一个面向服务的企业工作流管理系统模型。
