基于CY7C68013与FPGA的便携式数据采集系统

摘    要:从系统总体结构设计、硬件设计和软件设计三个方面阐述了基于CY7C68013和FPGA的多通道数据采集与处理系统的设计方法.方案采用FPGA实现了A/D转换芯片的控制、数据读写、对CY7C68013内部FIFO的读写控制以及信号的逻辑处理.通过调用USB驱动程序,电解槽应用程序实现了数据的处理、显示和存储.分析与测试结果表明,本系统是一种通用性很强的数据采集系统,符合工业生产控制的需要.

Abstract:The paper elaborated the design of multi-channel data acquisition and processing system based on CY7C68013 and FPGA from three aspects,the architecture of the system,the design of the hardware and the design of software.The FPGA was adopted to realize the control of the A/D converter,the input and output of data,the communication with USB interface chip CY7C68013 and the processing of logical signals.The application realized the data’s processing,display and storage via the USB drivers.The result of analyzing and testing demonstrates that the system which is a versatile data acquisition satisfies industrial production.
