| 摘 要： | 本文介绍覆盖我国２７个省的省级环境信息系统（ＰＥＩＳ）的总体设计、主要内容、软硬件环境、开发方法和特点。采用客户／服务器结构、大型关系数据库技术、地理信息系统等手段，建成的系统基本满足省级环境管理需要。
