| 摘 要： | 首先分析了当前主流的网络电子地图发布技术，然后介绍了作者利用软件建模技术和Java技术自行开发设计的网络电子地图发布软件——Javamap，并对基于该软件的网上电子地图发布系统的数据组织、数据显示进行了详细的说明，最后结合浙江地图网上的应用实例说明了该系统的特点和存在的不足之处。

| Abstract: | In this article author first analized the main technology of Web Map, and introduced the Javamap that the software designed with UML and java. Further more, the data structure was described and graphical was displaied in Javamap in detail. At last it was also listed the characteristics and shortages of the system with www.zjmap.com. |
