基于测点必要度的模拟电路测点优选方法

针对模拟电路的测点选择问题，根据测点的必要程度，提出了“测点必要度”的概念，同时结合“故障隔离度”的概念，建立了新的测点优选方法，给出了新算法的详细计算过程和应用实例．实验分析结果表明，新算法的计算效果优于熵算法和基于故障隔离度的测点选择算法，可用于复杂模拟电路的测点选择．

Test point selection method for analog circuits based on essential degree
