非线性系统模糊辨识的新方法

摘    要:提出一种新的基于T-S模型的模糊辨识方法,其特点是考虑了样本距离和“可线性化程度”两个因素,对模型的前后件参数同时辨识,提高了辨识精度,并提出规则“置信度”的概念,实现了辨识的结构自适应。将该辨识器用于一类非线性系统的模糊辨识,仿真结果验证了所提出方法的有效性。

Abstract:A new method of fuzzy identification based on T S model is presented. Sample interval and linearizable degree are specially considered. To improve the precision of identification, parameters of premise and conclusion of each fuzzy rule are identified together. Moreover, adaptive structure identification is implemented according to conception of credence of the rule. The identifier is applied to the fuzzy identification for a class of nonlinear systems, and the simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed identification methods.
