| 摘 要： | 研究了属性权重、属性值以及专家权重均以语言形式给出的纯语言多属性群决策问题．定义了语言评估标度的运算法则，给出了一些基于语言评估标度及其运算法则的新算子，提出了一种纯语言多属性群决策方法．该法不但计算简洁便利，而且能充分地利用已有的语言决策信息．最后将该方法应用于解决供应链管理领域中的战略合作伙伴选择问题．

| Abstract: | The group decision making problems are studied, in which all attribute weights, attribute values and expert weights take the form of linguistic labels. The operational principles of linguistic evaluation scale are defined, and some new operators are developed based on the linguistic evaluation scale and the operational principles. A method based on the operators for multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) under pure linguistic information is presented. The method is straightforward and easy to implement on a computer, and takes the known linguistic information into account sufficiently. The method is applied to the partner selection of an enterprise in the field of supply chain management. |
