MPC860芯片及其存储器控制技术应用研究

摘    要:MPC860芯片是Motorola公司生产的一种功能强大的PowerPC通信控制芯片,广泛应用于大型通信与实时控制系统。为充分发挥MPC860芯片的强大控制功能,提高数据通信率,必须使用大容量的flash RPROM(快速闪烁存储器)与SDRAM(同步动态存储器)。然而因为存储器芯片制造工艺的提高、存储容量的扩大,存储器芯片的控制时序也变得更复杂。MPC860芯片在设计制造过程中,增加了外围存储器的控制逻辑,减少应用者开发时的困难。MPC860芯片的存储器控制功能增加的同时,也提高了MPC860芯片的生存能力。针对MPC860芯片的强大功能,本文对MPC860芯片的存储器控制技术进行了深入研究,并提出了解决多机访问MPC860芯片管理的存储器的控制技术。

Abstract:MPC860 chip is a PowerPC TM communications controller that produced by Motorola's company.Its function is very mightiness.Now in the communications and real time control system,its application is far and wide.If the mightiness function of MPC860 chip is fully exerted,data communications rate is improved,it must be used Mass storage Facility of the flash EPROM and SDRAM memory.But the reason that technics of memory chip is improved,the memory content is enlarged,the control sequence of memory chip will be more complex.In the process of MPC860 chip is designed and made,the memory control logic of MPC860 chip is increased,the difficulty of MPC860 chip exploiture is decreased.With the control technique of memory chip that in the MPC860 chip is added,the exist of the MPC860 chip is improved.The article is thorough researched what the mightiness function of MPC860 chip and memory control technique,and the memory control technique of more machine visited the memory that managed by MPC860 chip is put forward.
