| 摘 要： | 访问控制是保证数据安全性的必要条件,文章将基于角色的访问控制模型引入到政府机关OA系统的用户权限管理中并做了一定的改进,提出了一种基于应用层的有效灵活的系统访问控制管理结构。此方案已在某地政府机关OA系统中加以应用,其实效性取得了较好的效果,得到了客户的好评。

| Abstract: | Access control is one of the necessary conditions to guarantee the data security.This paper introduced an effective role-based access control model which is on application layer based.It has been applied to user's authority management of an office automation system for government organization.The feedback from the customer is that the model is easy to maintain,cost effective and more practical. |
