彩管企业制造执行系统的设计与实现

由于各制造企业的管理体系、生产流程相差很大,传统的制造执行系统主要是针对特定企业进行定制式开发,很少考虑通用问题。针对传统MES的不足,提出行业通用MES的建设。通过对彩管业的广泛调查、研究,设计出彩管行业通用MES。在此基础上,将系统成功应用到某彩管企业。实践表明:对彩管企业采用所提出的设计和实现方案效果良好。

Design and Implementation of Manufacture Execution System in Color Picture Tube Enterprise

The traditional MES is mainly a customized development for a particular enterprise and seldom takes account of the universal application because of the big difference of the management system and production process between various manufacturers. In view of the deficiency of traditional MES, the study of MES for universal application throughout the industry is put forward. The MES that could be applied throughout the color picture tube industry is designed through the extensive investigation and study of the industry. On this base, the system is successfully applied in one color picture tube enterprise. The practice has proved that the design and the practical scheme particular for the color picture tube enterprise are effective.
