| 摘 要： | 赛程的安排应该考虑以下三个因素对参赛队有重要影响，即各参赛队每场次的时间间隔对队员体力恢复因素、各参赛队周末主场优势因素、各参赛队从一地飞行到另一地旅途的劳累度因素等。主要通过Matlab软件对NBA2008年～2009年常规赛的1230场赛事的数据进行这三个因素的编程实现，最终得到这三个因素的单项优劣指数的排名表。综合考虑以上三个因素对各队赛程的影响情况，给三个因素对比赛的影响程度加权，对各队的利弊情况进行了综合排序，从中得出了其规律。
