摘    要:HT1621x系列是HOLTEK公司推出的LCD液晶显示低功耗驱动芯片,能够应用于便携式仪表、医疗设备以及通信设备等系列的显示模块中.介绍了LCD显示的基本原理、HT1621的工作原理和内部结构,选取了HT1621B与单片机HT46F49E进行显示最小系统的设计,阐述了该系统的硬件和软件设计,并给出了硬件接口和软件流程图.该单片机控制的最小液晶显示系统具有硬件电路简单可靠、显示稳定、单片机I/O线占用少、程序编写简单、功耗低等优点1].最后,将此最小系统用于电压力锅的各种信息的显示,达到了人机实时交互的目的,在实践中取得很好的效果.

Abstract:HT1621x, which is a multi-function LCD driver, made by Holtek Semiconductor Inc. The feature of the HT1621 makes it suitable for multiple LCD applications including LCD modules and display sub- systems. Besides, the HT1621 contains a power down command to reduce power consumption. Consequently, a minimum system integrated by LCD driver HT1621B and HT46F49E is proposed, in order to introduce the multiple LCD driver applications. The minimum system is applied to practice, and the results validate the multiple LCD driver applications.
