| 摘 要： | 收集图书流通数据并对收集数据进行预处理,采用SPSS Clementine软件的两步聚类模型.以班级和科室为单位,对读者的借阅次数进行聚类分析,得出借阅频率信息,把读者分成借阅频率较高、一般和较低3个类型,为图书馆个性化服务提供了基础.实验结果验证明了该方法的有效性和可行性,提出改进图书馆管理工作的建议.

| Abstract: | This paper collects books lending data and preprocesses these data,Useing of spss Clementine's Two-step cluster model.With class and department as a unit,the readers' borrowing clustering analysis,the frequency that the readers,borrowing frequency information into lending higher frequency,general and lower three types,provides the base data for library personalized service.The experiments results show the efficiency and feasibility of this method,improvement advice of library management. |
