| 摘 要： | 介绍了利用PLC实现热处理线污水处理的自控系统过程控制方案。主要在软件、硬件配置,网络通讯方面进行了阐述,针对净环水、浊环水、反洗水等的控制工艺,和反洗水泵、淬火机高压段供水泵等主要设备的连锁等方面提出了方案,并对该系统水处理高压段变频器控制上采用先进的3D控制模式进行了介绍。最后介绍了监控画面的主要显示内容和特点,并有具体的网络配置图和画面示例。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the process control plan using PLC for realizing the wastewater treatment of heat treatment line, expounded mainly the software, hardware configuration and network communication, put forward the schemes concerning the control technologies of clean and turbid circulating waters etc and the interlocking of main equipments such as wash pumps, pum pressure quenching machine etc, and presented the advanced 3D control mode used on the frequency converter of water treatment. Finally, it presented the contents and features displayed on main monitor screen and gave a specific network configuration and piture examples. |
