| 摘 要： | 如何保证教学的质量，建立一套符合教学规律的行之有效的质量保障体系，已成为教育工作者面前的一个重要课题。本文构建了基于新形式下的教学评价评估系统的基本功能，评价方法以模糊综合评价模型为指导。采用VB来实现系统具体的评判过程。
