摘    要:设计了一套基于LabWindows/CVI的分布式液位控制综合实验系统,实现对多台液位实验装置的液位高度的同步实时检测、显示与控制。系统采用串口与CAN总线两种通信方式,实现了PID控制与智能控制等多种控制算法以及液位系统建模与响应性能分析。教学实验表明该系统是一个良好的综合性过程控制实验平台。

Abstract:A distributed level control integrated experimental system based on the LabWindows/CVI platform is developed for simultaneous real-time level detection,display and control of the height of the liquid level of several experimental devices.The system uses UART and CAN for communication and has realized PID and several kinds of intelligent control algorithms as well as level system modeling and analysis of response performance.Education results have indicated that this system is a well-designed integrated process control experimental platform.
