| 摘 要： | 提出构建一种武器装备费用预警系统。在系统分析费用预警影响因素、预警指标以及预警界限的基础上构建了武器装备费用预警系统的理论框架，提出了系统的基本体系结构，对各个子系统的具体功能展开研究。

| Abstract: | A weapon equipment early-warning system is put forward. Theoretical framework of weapon equipment cost early-warning system is constructed on the basis of complete analysis on influence factors, indices and ambits of cost early-warning. Basic architecture is brought forward, complete functions of every subsystem are studied and system operating processes are analyzed. |
