变维卡尔曼滤波算法的机动目标跟踪性能研究

摘    要:卡尔曼滤波在非平稳矢量信号和噪声环境下具有广泛的应用,针对机动目标具有多个运动模型的特点,采用基于卡尔曼滤波的变维算法对机动目标进行跟踪处理,该算法首先建立了机动目标的非机动模型(CV)和机动模型CA),然后对观测数据进行滤波和误差估计处理,最后通过计算机的蒙特卡洛仿真得到了滤波轨迹和机动目标的位置和速度误差,仿真结果表明变维卡尔曼滤波算法具有很好的目标跟踪性能.

Abstract:Kalman Filter has great importance in practicality under non-stationary vector signal and noise circumstance.Aiming at varieties of motion model of maneuvering target,a method of maneuvering target tracking based on VD-Kalman Filter algorithm is adopted.Firstly,CV model and CA model of maneuvering target are constructed,and then filter and error estimate is operated by using observational datum.Finally,some experiment results are given by Monte-Carlo simulation,including track of maneuvering target after filtering,position error and velocity error.The simulation result show that VD-Kalman Filter Algorithm has good Performance of target track.
