基于SuperMap GIS的水环境信息系统研发

摘    要:针对目前城市内河管理的不足,以荆州古城护城河为研究对象,采用国内领先的SuperMap GIS平台,使用C++、JavaScript等语言开发的一项关于护城河水质管理与评价综合信息服务系统.该系统研究开发水环境中最为重要的污染应急和决策的信息共享服务平台,将提供更及时、全方位、多层次、高质量的信息服务,为水质管理和污染应急等部门提供辅助决策支持.

Abstract:Nowadays,the problem of the management in urban river has aroused concern in some cities.Based on the SuperMap GIS platform,this paper presents a comprehensive informaiton service platform of moat water quality management and evaluation system which is developed by the program language of C #、JaveScript to protect the ancient moat in Jinzhou.The basis of this system is the information sharing service platform of pollution emergency and decision-making that can offer real time information with high quality in different directions and leves.As a result,it can provide auxiliary descision support for the department of water quality management and pollution emergency to choose the best scheme.
