| 摘 要： | 基于角色的访问权限控制（RBAC）控制不同级别的用户对系统应用程序及数据的访问，是一种较为成熟的数据库权限管理机制。文章分析了RBAC的基本思想和基本模型，给出了RBAC在水利规划管理系统中的应用设计和实现过程。对确保数据库的信息安全，防止非法用户盗取破坏水利管理信息，保障管理信息系统的正常运行具有重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Role-Based Access Control(RBAC) control different levels of users on the system application and data access,it is a more sophisticated database access control mechanism.This paper analyzed the basic idea of RBAC model,and the application design and implementation process of management system was given.More effective was made to ensure the database information security,prevent unauthorized users to steal or damage water conservancy information,and ensure the normal operation of management system. |
