摘    要:分解炉喂煤量是水泥工业生产过程中复杂且至关重要的过程。因为决定喂煤量的因素很多,按照常规的控制方法很难达到满意的控制效果。针对这一情况,根据五级筒底部温度,CO浓度进行分析,采用模糊控制技术并设计多用途的模糊控制器来智能控制喂煤量的大小;不仅使得用煤量减少,还提高了水泥的质量和产量,节约劳动力,同时达到安全生产的目的。

Abstract:Coaling of decomposing furnace is a complex and important procedure during the course of the production of cement.Normally it is difficult to obtain a satisfactory result of control by routine control method because there are many deciding factors of coaling.In this paper,according to the analysis of temperature at the bottom of cyclone V and CO consistence,the fuzzy control technology is used and designs all-purpose Fuzzy Controller,which can control coaling intelligently.Not only coaling is deduced and the quality and output of cement are improved,but also work force is economized,meanwhile,safe production is realized.
