| 摘 要： | 通过对钢厂生产过程的分析，建立了合同计划编制的整数规划模型，并提出用基于可重复自然数编码和三变异算子的遗传算法对模型进行求解。以热轧厂合同计划编制为例进行实验，结果表明，此模型符合生产实际，获得的结果优于人机交互系统，求解算法比较有效。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the production process of steel plant,this paper creates an integer programming model for the order plan,and presents to solve the model using the genetic algorithm based on repeatable natural scale code and 3 mutation operator.For testing this model and algorithm,the order plan of the hot milling plant is handled.The numerical analysis has shown that the model comes up to the production process,the solutions thus obtained are superior to those obtained by the human machine system.So,the proposed model and algorithm are more effective. |
