中厚钢板加速冷却过程混合式优化控制模型的研究

摘    要:针对中厚钢板加速冷却工艺过程,建立了基于集散控制系统的混合式优化控制模型,实现了整个过程闭环优化控制,以鞍钢厚板厂钢板加速冷却工艺过程为对象,开发了仿真与控制一体化软件包,进行了详细的仿真研究。

Abstract:This paper set up the hybrid control optimal model of the laminar cooling process of hot rolled slab based on the distributed control system (DCS), then realized the closed loop control in the supervisory control level. The software package, which includes functions of simulation and control, has also been built based on a real laminar cooling process in ANSHAN Steel Corporation. The detailed simulation results are presented to justify the correctness of the new control strategy.
