| 摘 要： | 给出了理想物系内部热耦合精馏塔操作费用和费用节省的估计方法.首次建立了过程操作费用的优化数学模型,并以苯-甲苯物系作为实例进行了操作费用节省的优化研究.研究结果揭示出理想物系内部热耦合精馏塔巨大的操作费用节省潜力,同时得到了最大操作费用节省目标下的过程最优操作条件.

| Abstract: | An evaluation method on operating cost and its saving of internal thermally coupled distillation columns (ITCDIC) of ideal mixture is presented. An optimization mathematical model is first derived. The benzene toluene system is studies as an illustrative example. The optimization results show the enormous potential of operating cost saving of ITCDIC process, the optimal operating conditions of the maximum operating cost saving percent are obtained simultaneously. |
