| 摘 要： | 将邯钢经验与CIM哲理相结合,在流程工业CIMSERP/MES/PCS三层体系结构的基础上,结合邯钢的实际生产经营活动,设计了具有邯钢特色的以财务管理为中心、成本控制为主线的计算机集成制造系统,开拓了企业管理新概念,实现了信息流、物流、资金流的集成,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益.

| Abstract: | On the basis of the architecture of process industry CIMS, according to the production procedure of Handan Iron & Steel Group, combining the famous Handan Iron & Steel Group experiences with the ideas of CIM, the computer integrated manufacturing system with financial management system at its center and cost control as the main thread on Handan Iron & Steel Group is designed in this paper, the new ideas of enterprise management is founded, the information flow, material flow and capital flow are integrated, the primary Handan Iron & Steel Group CIMS is showed and the effect is satisfied. |
