虚拟同步机逆变器等效方式及滤波电路影响分析

摘    要:基于逆变器的虚拟同步机(virtual synchronous generator,VSG)特性不但取决于控制策略,而且其等效方式及滤波电路对VSG动稳态行为与模型准确性的影响也是不可忽略的.本文重点对LCL滤波电路下不同等效方式的VSG特性进行了分析对比,并发现将包含LCL滤波电路整体的VSG逆变器完全等效为同步发电机(synchronous generators,SG)建立的模型存在误差,进而提出一种VSG逆变器准确建模的等效方法,通过该方法建立的模型在瞬态和稳态响应均可以与实际系统一致.仿真结果及其对比分析验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性.

Abstract:The characteristics of inverter-based virtual synchronous generator (VSG) not only depend on control strategies but also are effected by the manner of equating and filter circuit. This paper focused on analyzing and studying comparatively performances of VSGs, which are in different equivalent modes and equipped with LCL filter circuits. Consequently, it was found that there are errors in the model established through regarding inverter and whole LCL circuit as synchronous generator (SG). Then, a method was proposed for modeling inverter based on VSG, by which the mathematical model built accurately describes the transient and steady characteristics of VSG-based inverter. The proposed method was verified by the comparison and analysis of simulation results.
