摘    要:利用Cr(VI)对头孢克肟的荧光淬灭效应,建立了一种微量金属铬的荧光探针分析方法。以甲醇-盐酸(1.0×10-3mol/L)溶液(1∶1,V/V)为介质,最大激发与发射波长分别为397 nm和438 nm,头孢克肟荧光强度与Cr(VI)浓度对数呈良好的线性关系,其线性范围为1.0×10-6~2.0×10-3mol/L,线性方程可拟合为F=-25.09 lgc-36.61(r=0.995 6),检测限为5.8×10-7 mol/L。常见的共存离子不干扰测定,此方法可用于环境水样中Cr(VI)含量的测定。

Abstract:This paper discussed a fluorescence spectrometry for detection of trace chromium(VI) based on quenching effect of a new carrier cefixime. In methanol-hydrochloric acid(1.0×10^-3mol/L) media solution(1∶ 1,V/V), the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of cefixime were selected as 397 nm and 438 nm,respectively. Under the optimized experimental condition, it showed a good linear response relation of the cefixime fluorescence intensity and the logarithm of the Cr(VI) concentration in the range of 1.0×10^-6~2.0×10^-3mol/L, that the linear equation was fitted as F=- 25.09 lgc-36.61 with a correlation coefficient of 0.995 6, and the detection limit is experimentally determined to be 5.8×10^-7mol/L. No interferences from some common metal ions were observed. It has been applied to the direct determination of Cr(VI) in environmental water samples with a satisfactory result.
