摘    要:应用ANSYS-LS/DYNA软件跌落冲击模块对飞行模拟器平台结构冲击响应进行了有限元仿真.论述了跌落冲击瞬态分析主要参数设置方法,通过设置跌落高度为零、直接给定初速度方法来模拟平台垂直向下运动紧急制动产生的冲击响应.仿真结果表明,平台结构可以承受极小速度制动冲击,欲提高平台冲击强度,必须专门为其设计弹性和阻尼元件;对平台结构修改后的冲击响应应力分布特点亦进行了仿真分析,给出其改进方向.分析方法和仿真结果可用于新型平台设计.

Abstract:Impact response simulation of platform structure of a flight simulator was done by using drop module of ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Value assignment methods of main parameters with drop impact transient analysis were studied. Impact response caused by emergency brake in vertical downward motion was simulated by assignment zero height and initial velocity simultaneously. Simulation results show, platform structure can sustain impact load with little emergency braking velocity. To increase impact structural strength, some special elastic and damping cells must be designed. Impact responsive stress characteristics distributed of structure modified were simulated also, and some improvement ways are given. Analysis method and simulation result can be used in new type platform design.
