摘    要:K型热电偶作为能量转换器能实现温度信号与输出电压信号间的转换,已广泛用于工业控制和数据采集过程中。由于传感器输入输出关系的非线性,为了对静态特性曲线进行标定和方便数据处理,在非线性误差不太大的情况下,通过最小二乘法拟合原理,采用直线拟合的办法来线性化,并通过基于C语言的虚拟仪器(CVI)提供的多项式拟合库函数PolynomialFit进行多项式拟合设计,从而动态实现了电动势与温度一一对应的变化关系。
