| 摘 要： | "棱镜"事件的发生,暴露了网络信息安全的巨大漏洞,对我国计算机网络信息安全是前所未有的挑战,这就迫切要求我国计算机行业必须加快更新网络信息的安全战略,充分利用新科学技术保护国家与国民的隐私与权力。立于此种观念之下,文章主要结合美国的"棱镜"事件诱因,进而思考"棱镜"折射下的网络信息安全挑战及其战略。
