摘 要: | 文章主要是中国联通广西分公司针对上网流量和群发短信高额欠费,利用"二八原则"和"奥卡姆剃刀"进行改造,开发了专项信控系统,运行一年中,减少了1000多万元的欠费,为公司挽回极大的欠费损失,降低了用户对高额欠费的投诉,提高了用户的满意度,建立了适合广西联通的专项信控模型。

Abstract: | this article mainly is the Guangxi branch of China Unicorn in Internet traffic and bulk SMS high fee, the use of "two eight principles" and"Occam's razor" transformation, developed a special credit control system, operating in a year, a decrease of about 10000000 in the plan, for the company to restore the loss of a great plan, reduce the users of high delinquent complaints, improve customer satisfaction, built for the Guangxi Unicorn specialcontrol model. |
